Oren is very professional. Before he came, he sent message to confirm the appointment. He also arrived on time. I had problem of connecting my Ringdoorbell Pro 2 with my Wi-Fi. First of all, he checked out if all the hardwares were good, then he did trouble shooting with the wifi connection. Within a few minutes, he just fixed the problem. He also helped me out with the Orbi setting which I had problem with wifi connection to my printer. He is very responsible. After the setting of my network, he asked me to test other devices in order to ensure the network worked well. If I have any other problems in my house in the future, I ll definitely ask for his help again.
